Apartment Booking Terms & Conditions

All Bookings require a £50 (€75) non-refundable deposit at time of booking as confirmation, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your visit. In the event of any changes being made after the booking confirmation there will be an additional £20 (€30) administration charge.
Please read our Terms & Conditions below, as well as the remainder of "The Rental Contract", as sending your deposit implies acceptance of those terms.
When confirming your booking we will send you a booking form, which we ask you to complete and include with the deposit cheque.
The apartment is normally available to arriving clients from 2pm.
The apartment is professionally cleaneed with bed linen/towels provided ready for your stay.
Bed linen & towels are supplied & changed weekly. An extra midweek change can be provided for a small extra charge. NB we do NOT supply beach towels.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment for the comfort of other guests.
Guests must vacate the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure - a luggage room is available if your flight is not until later that day/evening.
We strongly advise all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure all members of your group have a valid passport.
You are requested to abide by the community rules of the complex.

We cannot accept any liability over anything that we do not have any control over (including, but not limited to, airlines, loss of luggage, weather, closure of facilities, death or any injury sustained by you or any member of your group (whether inside the apartment or anywhere else) however caused.
Work outwith the apartment boundaries is beyond our control, and there may be occasions where an advertised facility is either modified or not available. Such situations may be caused by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions etc.
All luggage including personal possessions are at all times and under all circumstances at "owners risk".
Apartment keys lost or not returned by guests will result in £10 or €15 charge to change the door locks, for the security of future guests.
Accomodation is booked exclusively for persons named on the booking form.
The items contained within "The Rental Contract" above form part of the Terms & Conditions.
